The KJT270F allows for instant, non-destructive measurement of any solid in almost any location within a manufacturing process. The fiberoptic probe can be configured for insertion in mixers, blenders, dryers, homogenizers, dispensing systems, and pneumatic and vacuum feed lines to provide 100% product sampling. Probe designs are available for food- and pharmaceutical-grade applications as well as hazardous materials. The smart sensor design allows the instrument to simultaneously monitor moisture, fat/oil, protein, solvent, sugar, coatweight, adhesive levels and other macro organic components without being connected to a PC, laptop, or other controller device - simplifying installation and maintenance.
