These electromagnetic screeners size, scalp, or de-dust dry bulk solid materials. These linear screeners are available in a variety of drive designs to meet specific application requirements. B and C models are well suited for fine material separations. These high-frequency, 3600 vibrations/min and low amplitude, .060-in. units are ideal for dedusting and other fines mesh (4 to 200 mesh) separation. Models are also available for Class II, Div. 1, Group F and G environments. The patented screeners have all the advantages of an electromagnetic design with the added benefit of high amplitude. Operating at a fixed 1800 vibrations/min and approximately .1875 amplitude, HD models offer the nearly maintenance-free operation of Eriez’ electromagnetic design with high amplitude, similar to a mechanical screener.
