A “debris fire” ignited Tuesday in a tank at ExxonMobil’s refinery in Beaumont, TX during routine maintenance activities, the company wrote in a statement.

The tank involved in the blaze was out of service at the time of the incident, a company twitter account for the Beaumont facility posted at 11:41 a.m. ExxonMobil first responders doused the flames.

No injuries were logged. The company said it plans to notify relevant agencies that the fire occurred.

“We continue to meet contractual commitments and apologize for any inconvenience this incident may have caused,” the statement said.

The refinery located at ExxonMobil’s 2,700-acre Beaumont integrated petrochemical complex can process 366,000 barrels of crude per day and supplies 2.8 billion gal/yr of gasoline, information on the firm’s website states. A chemical plant at the site makes ethylene, propylene, synthetic fluids, and other products.
