Mobile Conveyor Belt Heater/Deicing System

Thermo-Tech’s new Model MH-400 mobile conveyor belt heater/deicing system is designed to eliminate freezing and sticking on conveyor belts and related components. 

The MH-400 is the portable version of the company’s conveyor belt heater that removes frost and ice and allows materials to keep moving in cold temperatures for all types of industries worldwide. The MH-400 features a heating capacity of 35,000 to 400,000 BTU, 304 stainless steel construction, remote air filtering for use in dusty conditions, and a set it and forget it feature.

Its compact size rolls on oversized wheels making it portable and compatible with most catwalks, allowing for easy movement. Operational set up takes about an hour. It has an 80-gallon double wall fuel tank for kerosene, #1 diesel, or jet A fuel.
