Material Transfer Names New Customer Service Manager, Applications Engineering Manager

Material Transfer & Storage (MTS), an industry leader in the custom design and manufacture of bulk bag filling, conditioning, and discharging systems, has added Tim Kamrowski as customer service manager and Rick Pasteris as applications engineering manager.
These strategic investments strengthen the company’s ability to solve customers’ most complex bulk material handling challenges.

As customer service manager, Kamrowski will oversee the service and parts departments effective immediately. In this role, he will be directly responsible for enhancing service and maintenance processes, nurturing customer relations, and elevating MTS’ customer service level to an even higher standard. Kamrowski brings more than 20 years of experience in the service management field.

Joining MTS as applications engineering manager, Pasteris brings more than 35 years of experience in system design and sales management of dry bulk processing solutions, including storage, conveying, feeding, blending, and more. Pasteris will be responsible for developing new pricing strategies, while enhancing the company’s ability to design custom processing equipment and turnkey system solutions across a range of industries.

“We’re thrilled to welcome both Tim and Rick to MTS,” said Sergio Carrillo, director of sales. “Throughout their careers they have demonstrated an ongoing commitment to a customer centric approach. And for more than 30 years, MTS’ top priority has been ensuring customer success, making Tim and Rick a perfect addition to our team.”
