Firefighters responded to a Quaker Oats plant in Cedar Rapids, IA Monday afternoon after product ignited in an oven and caused a fire, several local news organizations reported.

The Cedar Rapids Fire Department responded to the facility at 3:15 p.m. with about five trucks, Cedar Rapids public safety spokesperson Greg Buelow told The Cedar Rapids Gazette. Personnel identified an oven on the plant’s 10th floor as the source of the blaze, which sent smoke onto other floors of the building.

No injuries occurred during the incident, the Gazette’s coverage said.

Quaker Oats refers to its facility in the Iowa community as the “world’s largest cereal plant.” First responders freed a man whose arm became trapped in a product lift at the site last October, Powder & Bulk Solids reported
