Valves and Slide Gates

Bush & Wilton manufactures a wide range of rotary airlock valves, diverter valves, and slide gates to meet material handling requirements. The SBT twin piston slide gates are designed for a wide range of gravity flow applications. The one-piece cast bodies and heavy-duty components ensure reliable low maintenance operation for many years. The twin-piston design decreases the overall length of the gate and assures reliable actuation of the slide even with heavy loading. The combination slide seal and inlet deflector is a replaceable polyurethane, PTFE, or stainless steel.

The slide plate is sealed externally with a full-length adjustable packing gland. The inlet and outlet flanges are drilled and tapped with identical patterns to facilitate installation.
