Round and Square Rotary Valves

Coperion K-Tron offers Heavy Duty (HD), Maximum Duty (MD), and Quick-Clean (QC) Aerolock rotary valves, as well as Light Duty (LD) and Blow-Through (BT) models. These rotary valves are available with round or square inlet/outlet configurations providing 6- through 20-in. openings. Standard materials of construction include cast iron or stainless steel housings and end plates with carbon steel or stainless steel rotors. The housing and end plates can be coated with specified material for greater wear resistance. Aerolock rotary valves have met CE certification and ATEX 3D classifications.
