The new quick clean rotary airlock offers many advantages:

•    Provides quick access to rotor and internal body surfaces for easy cleaning and inspection – reducing maintenance and down time
•    Robust rail system that maintains rotor alignment during assembly and disassembly of rotor and endplate – for more reliable operation
•    Rotor is supported by bearings on both the drive and non-drive end (non-cantilevered arrangement) - for improved life and performance
•    Outboard bearing configuration protects bearings in high-temperature and pressure applications in addition to being service free and meeting the requirements of NFPA Code
•    Available in stainless steel, cast iron, and cast iron with corrosion protection
