Bulk Material Valve

The patented bulk material valve was designed for dense- and dilute-phase pneumatic conveying systems for transporter fill valve, discharge, vent applications, transfer lines, under baghouses, silos, and dust collectors. The valve is designed to operate in process temperatures up to 550ºF and pressures from vacuum to 100 psi. The live-loaded outside stuffing box allows for changing or adding packing without taking the valve out of the line. The valve is available in sizes from 2-14 in. and in cast iron and carbon steel. Cast iron valves from 2-8 in. are available from stock.
