Side-Access Dual-Rotor Crusher

This new side-access dual-rotor crusher allows for the screen/grid to be removed through the side plate without disturbing the discharge transition below the crusher. This allows the crusher to be installed where headroom is limited. This crusher can be cleaned and sanitized fast, and is ideal for processing lines that are producing a variety of products. This design incorporates all of the standard features of the company’s dual-rotor crusher, such as heavy-duty construction, machined top and bottom flanges to provide true mounting surfaces for mating equipment, machined comb tooth plates and end plates for a precision bolted design, outboard bearings to facilitate easy access to the shaft seal housings, and spur gears provide counter rotation of rotors with oil bath option.
