Seed Grinder

Using instantaneous grinding action, the IMD 8 chia seed Gran-U-Lizer produces a fine grind on numerous oil seeds, including chia seed, without elevating product temperatures or turning the seeds into paste. Features include water-cooling, proprietary self-cleaning teeth and washdown construction. This technology enables oil-seed producers to achieve fine powder grinds much finer than that achieved by hammermill grinders without product stickiness and gumming. Typical capacities range from 2000 to 4000 lb/hr, depending on the grind size setting. Larger and smaller versions of the grinder are also available.
