Rotormill Pulverizer/Processors

IPEC supplies Rotormill pulverizer/processors for simultaneous pulverizing and cooling or heating/drying. Heat can be supplied by steam coil (indirect), gas fired, or electrically heated hot air. Cooling is supplied from chilled water coils or liquid nitrogen. Units are available in explosion suppression and pressure containment up to 10 bar. High wear-resistant liners are available for abrasive material and stainless steel in contact with product as needed. Units are usually non-operator attended and can be supplied with air purge seals, vibration sensors, and automatic lubrication.
