Delumper Twin-LP Crushers

The Delumper Twin-LP is a powerful, high-capacity crusher that can efficiently reduce lumps, chunks, and agglomerates without churning or over-grind. These precision crushers are provided with inlet openings from 28 to 50 in. long. The DC2840 Twin-LP features a one-piece stainless steel body with no cracks or crevices for material accumulation. Two shafts with individual, replaceable cutting teeth rotate through a heavy bar grating to crush the material while self-clearing with each rotation. These units are provided with shaft seals, heavy-duty roller bearings, and a direct-drive with a choice of motors. The result is reliable, low-maintenance operation with low noise or vibration
