Rotex Introduces USDA Screener

The new USDA screener is designed and engineered for effective performance by maximizing both product quality and yield. This unit is the result of years of design iterations to create a sanitary design passing all USDA design requirements.

The USDA screener uses Rotex’s gyratory-reciprocating motion that allows customers to achieve a higher capacity in a single unit, along with a finer separation that increases the quality of the product. In addition to finer separations, the screener also ensures no material blinding and easier cleanouts to eliminate contamination of foreign materials during product changeover.
