Dry Separation Screener

The Apex dry separation screener is a high-efficiency solution in polishing and load-out applications. High capacity and durability increase uptime and yield, and an ergonomic deck design makes maintenance easy. The screener uses a long-stroke, low-frequency motion to achieve rapid stratification without agitation and remixing, thus delivering consistent particle size at high rates. One- and two-deck models offer capacities up to 150 tn/hr. Nearly horizontal decks reduce product loss, so overall yield can exceed 90%.
