To minimize costly downtime, the Drive Head Service Program from Rotex Global LLC, provides fast response to the customer’s screener drive head repair or replacement needs and a full two-year warranty on reconditioned drives.

Every reconditioned drive head operating under normal conditions carries the same two-year warranty as a new drive head because Rotex uses only time-tested procedures and original factory-quality components. Every phase of service is designed to provide the highest quality rebuilt drive head available, with quick turnaround times that reduce screener downtime.

Drive heads on Rotex screeners are designed for long-term, trouble-free service with minimal maintenance. Depending on operating hours and conditions, the drive head could eventually require service. The company offers three options for drive head replacement or repair: drive head exchange, reconditioning, or new drive service.

The program offers the option of replacing current drives with reconditioned drives. Rotex will ship a reconditioned drive from stock and, after installation of the reconditioned drive, you simply return your old drive. Reconditioning your current drive is also an option. Rotex can rebuild and return a drive with a full two-year warranty. If the screener requires a new drive, Rotex can provide a new or reconditioned drive for any model Rotex screener from its fully stocked inventory.

In an emergency, Rotex provides immediate shipment of a stock head drive with the Emergency Exchange Service. Rotex will ship a reconditioned or new drive from stock. After reconditioning the drive, the customer receives a credit for the salvage value of the returned drive. Emergency breakdown service is available 24 hours a day.

The Drive Head Service Program eliminates short rebuild life and mechanical problems due to in-plant repairs or independent rebuilders who do not use genuine Rotex parts. Customers are assured that experienced Rotex factory personnel are using genuine Rotex parts to rebuild screener drives.
Rotex will disassemble the drive, perform an inspection and replace all required parts—including the gears and internal bearings—to return the drive head to like-new condition.

To obtain rebuild service, simply notify Rotex of your intention to return a drive head by calling 513-541-1236. Rotex will issue a Return Goods Authorization number and provide an immediate quote. Before shipment, drain the oil, clean the exterior, and ship prepaid to Rotex Global LLC.
