VMAC Vacuum Modulating Air Control

VMAC is the next generation vacuum dense-phase conveying from Mac Process. Other vacuum dense-phase products use static air settings or pre-set timers to control the feed point, which leaves the system vulnerable to minor changes in product or flow. VMAC specially designed modulating air controls automatically correct feed conditions based on vacuum levels to insure the system is properly loaded and energy savings are maximized. VMAC uses a proprietary material feed device, which maintains blended product integrity and reduces product degradation. The system offers continuous process monitoring and minimal head height requirements. Proven applications include: high moisture content; oil/fat laden; cohesive; friable; abrasive; prills. The VMAC valve is also designed to work with dry vacuum pumps, eliminating the operational and maintenance issues associated with the common oil flooded vacuum pump.
