VacuumPlus Dense-Phase Conveying System

The AZO VacuumPlus dense-phase conveying system combines the advantages of pressure and vacuum systems. It is ideal for applications where fragile and/or temperature-sensitive bulk materials need to be gently conveyed without segregation – particularly applications with medium throughputs and conveying distances up to 300 ft. The low product speed achieves dense-phase conveying with little product segregation. This also means the conveyed product is handled very gently, with little degradation, and, therefore, low wear rates within the conveying pipes.
