Turbo Blower Packages

Inovair designs and manufactures high-efficiency, compact, integrally geared turbo blower packages in the 40-150-HP range, specifically engineered for pneumatic conveying applications. These turbo blowers offer proven energy savings of 10-35% over rotary lobe PD blowers, and a 20-40-degree reduction in discharge temperature, preserving media integrity. Higher efficiency reduces energy costs, and the exclusive design allows reuse of existing electric motors and stands, resulting in rapid payback (frequently less than two years). In addition to being able to interface with plant control systems via Allen-Bradley intelligent controls, a new blower-mounted HMI is now available for ease of integration and maintenance.
