Pneumatic Conveying System
Behind the MiniVac’s side-access door is an easily changed-out high-capacity cartridge filter that retains product within the process down to 0.5 µm. The unit incorporates an efficient regenerative blower for continuous operation. The adjustable pulse-jet filter cleaning system keeps the filter clear, allowing efficient operation and reduced maintenance intervals. Compact and lightweight, the entire package features heavy-duty design and performance with capacity ranging from 800 to 20,000 lb/hr. Sanitary and pharmaceutical models are available.

Wear-Backed Elbows
These elbows extend the life of pneumatic and vacuum conveying elbows that carry highly abrasive powder material. A variety of design types and sizes is available, including filled or unfilled, shell-back, twin-back, ceramic-backed, and ceramic-lined elbows.

Pneumatic Conveying System
The Ultra-Veyor moves grain and bulk solids by air, maximizing accessibility for any drying, storage, or manufacturing facility. It moves bulk solids safely and easily without elevator legs, screw conveyors, or augers. Also, it requires minimal maintenance, and all working components are in one central location. With models ranging from 400 to 2100 bu/hr, the unit can handle the requirements of most operations. It is flexible, expandable, and easy to install.

Pulse-Jet Receivers
These receivers use compressed-air pulse-jet cleaning of filter media to keep pneumatic conveying systems free of plugs and in compliance with air-quality standards. Each receiver is engineered for a specific application and comes properly sized and outfitted with the filter media best suited for its operating environment and material collection objectives. AVR side-bag-removal or ART top-bag-removal models are available. Both models are built for high-pressure/vacuum operation and can be ordered with standard round or optional rectangular tangential inlets. The lower hopper sections can be customized to suit the flow characteristics of specific bulk materials

Dense-Phase Conveyors
DPG-B-series gravity-loaded bottom-discharge dense-phase conveyors move powdered, granular, or pelletized friable and abrasive materials. They are rated up to 100+ tn/hr and provide high material-to-air ratios and low line velocities, resulting in smaller line sizes, lower air consumption, reduced dust collection, and lower capital investment and operating costs. Abrasive wear and particle degradation are also minimized. PLCs enable users to automate operations, reducing the need for supervision.

Compact Stainless-Steel Conveyor
Engineered to be compact yet powerful, the C2100-64 quietly and hygienically conveys powder and bulk materials in spaces with low ceilings or limited space. It features COAX multistage ejector technology, consuming less air and energy than other compressed-air-driven conveyors. The conveyor’s design improves vacuum-assisted flow by 25% without affecting energy consumption. The unit can transport 1–1.5 tn/hr of powders and granules. Constructed of stainless steel, it is designed to withstand the most demanding manufacturing environments. It operates at feed pressures between 58 and 87 psi and at working temperatures from 0° to 140°F.

Pneumatic Conveying and Dedusting
This company provides pneumatic conveying and dedusting systems that are used in the plastics industry to manufacture pellets and powders. It debottlenecks existing systems or designs complete turnkey plants from the ground up. In addition to dense- and dilute-phase conveying systems, the company offers Strandphase conveying technology for various applications, such as railcar loading and unloading systems, truck loading and unloading systems, bagging stations, extruder feeding, and transfer systems. It reduces the amount of fines in conveying systems.

Vaccum Transfer Systems
These systems are constructed of Types 304 or 316 stainless steel and can be designed for use in virtually any environment, including some of the most hazardous. They can be custom designed to suit a wide range of duties. They are powered using pneumatically driven multijector vacuum pumps, resulting in quiet and safe operation. They transport diverse materials, including powder, dust, pigments, granulated material, tablets, and capsules.

Rotary Blowers
The Roots RCS rotary blower line offers flows from 750 to 4850 cfm. Piston rings reduce air leakage, and lip-type oil seals prevent lubricant from entering the air chamber. Designed for durability, the RCS line incorporates carburized and ground alloy steel gears and drive end cylindrical roller bearings with splash oil lubrication at both ends of the blowers.

Rotary Airlock Valves
Drop Thru, Blow Thru, and Side Entry valves come standard with regreasable bearings, helical gearboxes, predrilled body vents, and predrilled air-purge connections. The valves are rated up to 20-psi pressure differentials, and units are available for temperatures in excess of 1000°F. All units feature large rotor shafts with thick beveled blades as standard. Numerous options are available to meet all application requirements.
