Integrated Valve Bag Packer

These valve bag filling systems includes air, auger, vacuum, and impeller packers. The Integrated valve bag packer combines bag placing, filling, sealing, and conveying in a single controller. A single Allen Bradley ControlLogix (or CompactLogix) PLC and PanelView Plus HMI now control an entire bagging system (which may included several bag fillers, bag placers, and bag sealers) that previously had individual HMIs for everything: the packers' weight controllers, ultrasonic sealer controls, automatic bag applicator controls, conveyor controls, printer controls, checkweigher controls, and miscellaneous integration signals. Product changeovers can be handled by simply making a single menu selection. A dashboard type display with scaled green, yellow, and red indicators provides at-a-glance and real-time information to operations, maintenance, and management personnel.
