The Hamer-Fischbein Model 1800 RBH robotic bag hanger

The Hamer-Fischbein Model 1800 RBH robotic bag hanger improves open-mouth bagging automation and reduces labor with its integrated Yaskawa MH12- 6 axis robotic arm.

The robot allows seamless transfer of filled bags into the bag top sealing technology.  This next generation machine supports a variety of bag top closing technology, including hot air seal, band seal, sew, sew through tape, and pinch.

The Model 1800 RBH is ideal for customers desiring a high level of automation and productivity, while bagging animal feed and supplements, agricultural seed, grain, or other minerals or chemicals.

The Model 1800 RBH supports a wide range of bag types including poly, poly woven laminate, paper, paper/poly lined, pillow side gusset, or PBOM (pinch bag open mouth). Benefits also include fast bag size changes, the ability to handle up to 250 bags in the bag magazine, and consistent speeds of up to 18 bags/min. The motors and servos in the machine design reduce air consumption requirements reducing long-term operating costs and machine maintenance.
