Fully Automatic Filling System 3695

The AccelPak Model AP2600 fully automatic filling system for open-mouth bags makes use of vertical bottom-up filling technology to fill bags with dry solids and powder products. The AP2600 frame can be built in mild steel with a powder coat finish or in stainless steel. All product contact surfaces are stainless steel. System features include easy-to-understand operation screens, minimal replacement parts for easy maintenance, fast changeover features that allow bag size changes in five minutes or less, integrated safety guarding circuit with locking guard doors preventing access when system is operating, complete system visibility from the operator station, and easy integration with other line equipment. Filling rates up to ten bags/min can be achieved with accuracies of .086 lb at 2 sigma depending upon product characteristics and flowability.
