pbs0707p46a.jpgBulk Bag Discharging System
This bulk bag unloader provides a way for non-free-flowing material that is hardened during shipping to be deblocked with the addition of deblocking rams. Along with massage paddles, the deblocking rams condition the hardened material lump size so the material can easily pass through the discharge spout of a bulk bag. Multiple ribs along the jaw plates direct powerful point loads into the hardened material to deblock it within the bag without causing any damage to the bag itself. A low-pressure hydraulic system provides a smooth and controlled operation. An adjustable pressure switch controls the compression force on the deblocking rams for different materials. Integrating the deblocking rams with the E3 spout interface, loop retractors, control panel, and Helicon flexible screw conveyor, the system maximizes product throughput and operator safety.

pbs0707p46b.jpgAutomatic Bulk Bag and Gaylord Unloading Unit
The Evacumat is a patented unit that allows full or partial automatic unloading from bulk bags and Gaylords with plastic liners when connected to a hopper loader or vacuum conveying system. The stainless-steel suction head can be provided with vibration or aeration to promote product flow. The control panel automatically signals the system to raise the bulk bag or plastic liner in the Gaylord to allow full emptying of the product.

pbs0707p46e.jpgCustomizable Bulk Bag Unloaders
These bulk bag unloaders are designed to be easily customized for safe handling and clean unloading of any free-flowing dry material in bags. They are ruggedly built to support all sizes and styles of bulk bags and unload them without slippage or spills. Flow aids that lift bag sides and massage bags to ensure thorough emptying are included on basic models. Frames are constructed of heavy-duty welded and bolted tubular steel. Custom options include load cells for batching, stainless-steel construction, motorized hoist, and integral and remote dust collection.

pbs0707p46f.jpgHoist-and-Trolley Bulk Bag Unloader
The hoist-and-trolley-model bulk bag unloader makes it possible for a single operator to safely, quickly, and easily lift, support, and move a bag into the hopper without a forklift. The hopper discharge’s unique design allows the operator to effectively secure and seal the spout of a tied bag. Five abrasion-resistant air-actuated agitator pads knead the bag at sequenced intervals to promote a free-flowing stream of material into a process. A confinement box prevents product leakage and dust from escaping into the environment. Units can accommodate a wide variety of bag sizes and styles, and can support loads of 4000 lb. Many options are available to suit specific applications.

pbs0707p47a.jpgBag Dump Stations
These bag dump stations are multifunction machines that help eliminate the labor, waste, and hazards associated with the spillage and dust normally present where bagged materials are mixed or conveyed. The stations consist of a large collection hopper covered by a hinged door, a pulse-jet filter equipped with polyester cartridges, and a powerful fan. When the door is opened for filling, the fan automatically starts to draw dust through the filter. Programmed reverse air pulses dislodge the dust that collects on the cartridges and allow it to fall into the hopper, where it can enter gravity or pneumatic lines.

pbs0707p47b.jpgBulk Bag Discharger for Restricted Height Applications
The Spiroflow Type 5 bulk bag discharger utilizes a removable frame design that reduces the height that the forklift tines must be raised. Where normal dischargers require a forklift truck to lift a bag by way of a special lifting frame directly to the top of the discharger, this low-loading discharger allows the operator to load the bag, again by way of a special lifting frame, at ground level. Once the bag is in the frame, the frame is lifted from the bottom into the discharger, greatly reducing the height to which the forklift truck mast has to extend. The upper frame uses a unique sealing mechanism that ensures no product loss during discharge. The patented locking system allows easy access to the bag spout through a large viewing porthole.

pbs0707p47c.jpgLoss-in-Weight Bulk Bag Unloader
This loss-in-weight bulk bag unloader features a heavy-duty 4-in. square-tube frame mounted on a set of load cells. A combination bag pan is mounted on vibration isolators with a vibrator, and pneumatically operated bag massagers forcefully discharge solids from the bag. An integrated volumetric tube feeder precisely discharges solids from the unloader to process. The entire assembly is completely modular for future expansion or redeployment. The unit is suitable for food, USDA dairy, and chemical applications.

pbs0707p47d.jpgModular Bulk Bag Discharger
The modular Material Master bulk bag discharger offers patent-pending features that maximize production efficiency. Automatically sequenced Flow-Master bag massagers and Power-Flo bag impactors promote material flow, while a Flo-Lock discharge spout closure system halts material flow for partial bag discharging. A Sure-Seal pneumatic spout-clamping system seals the discharge spout during the discharge cycle. The system includes a vibratory feeder, fully mounted dust collector, and gain-in-weight batching controls. Units are custom designed per application requirements.

pbs0707p47e.jpgBulk Bag Filling Systems
Rugged FIBC filling systems fill bulk bags, tote boxes, and drums with dry free-flowing materials under the most severe operating conditions. A pallet dispenser, pallet squaring, right-angle and inline transfer conveyors, traveling straphanger, and product settling frame are combined with PLC controls to provide operators speed and automation. Electronic load cell weighing assures accurate weights in either gross- or net-weight applications.

pbs0707p47f.jpgBulk Bag Unloaders
BulkBuster bulk bag unloaders empty large bulk bags, move materials to where they need to be in the process, and are engineered to specific material-handling characteristics. Variations in capacity, bag height and width dimensions, inlet and outlet sizes, and lifting loops are all easily accommodated. A heavy-duty framework provides stability and operator safety. Operator efficiency is also maximized due to the simplicity of the design and ease of operation when lifting, positioning, and emptying every bulk bag.
