The Big Bag unloader cumulates the efficiency and reliability of the mechanical discharger, accurate feeding, and complete bulk bag discharge. Each unit incorporates an arch breaker spindle mounted with flexible blades that extract the bulk chemicals and prevent any jamming, bridging, or compaction caused by vibration. Depending on the process, the discharger can be integrated with 1, 2, 3, or 4 independent screw feeders allowing for accurate conveying to different injection points with only one unloader. The unit is spring loaded on telescopic arms which always tighten the bag up ensuring that none of the product remains on the side of the bag while it is being discharged. The simple and fast bag untying system prevents any leakage and guarantees dust-free operations.
