Plastic-Bag-Handling Machine
By combining the P6010 Coax vacuum pump with an air-saving cruise control (PCC) feature and a durable BL-3P suction cup, the company offers a complete solution for a variety of plastic-bag-handling applications. It delivers higher process reliability by decreasing downtime that can result from dropped or damaged bags. Additionally, because of the machine’s unique design, users can handle a wider variety of bags to run with the same suction cup, thus decreasing changeover time. At its heart is the P6010 vacuum pump. Based on the company’s patented Coax multi-stage ejector technology, the pump provides up to 40 percent more flow than a conventional vacuum pump while still reducing overall energy consumption. The machine is equipped with an air-saving cruise control option that automatically maintains a preset level of vacuum to ensure a consistent and reliable vacuum level at the suction point.

Half-Frame Bulk Bag Unloader
The half-frame bulk bag unloader offers total dust containment at low cost by relying on a forklift or hoist to suspend the bag during operation. It allows dust-tight connections, unrestricted flow, and automatic tensioning of the bag to promote flow and evacuation. It is available with a flexible screw conveyor (shown) or outlets for pneumatic conveyor lines.

Bulk Bag Discharger with Dust Collection System
The modular Material Master bulk bag discharger offers patent-pending features that maximize production efficiency. Automatically sequenced Flow-Master bag massagers and Power-Flo bag impactors promote material flow, while a Flo-Lock discharge spout closure system halts material flow for partial bag discharging. A Sure-Seal pneumatic spout-clamping system seals the discharge spout during the discharge cycle. The system includes a vibratory feeder, fully mounted dust collector, and gain-in-weight batching controls. Units are custom designed per application requirements.

Robotic Bag Palletizer
Company designs and manufactures complete robotic palletizer systems. An operator inputs bag, stack, and pallet variables through the touch screen and the program automatically calculates the bag placement positions and movement of the arm for optimal performance and speed. This exclusive design provides high-speed palletizing capabilities, precise product placement, compact layout area, and minimal power consumption. Each system is set up, hard-wired, and test run with customer’s product prior to shipment. This approach ensures system compatibility, single-source responsibility, and service.

Bulk Bag Unloader
The BulkBuster bulk bag unloader is available in a variety of styles and options to accommodate all bag styles. Variations in bag capacity, bag height and width dimensions, inlet and outlet sizes, and lifting loops can be accommodated. Options include bag jostlers, electric hoist, glovebox hopper, automatic bag slitter, and vibrating hopper.

Bulk Bag-Filling Systems
FIBC filling systems are engineered and constructed using rugged designs for long life and reliability under the most severe operating conditions to fill bulk bags, tote boxes, and drums with dry, free-flowing materials. The pallet dispenser, pallet squaring, right angle and inline transfer conveyors, traveling straphanger, and product settling frame, combined with PLC controls, provide operators with high speed and automation. Electronic load cell weighing assures accurate weights in either gross or net weigh
applications.

Robotic Bag Palletizer
With a single robotic palletizer, producers of bagged products can simultaneously palletize output of four separate, lower-speed production lines. The robot automatically adjusts itself to handle different bag styles and sizes at the same time while accommodating four lines at speeds up to four bags per minute per line. The multiple-function end effector can be equipped to handle slip sheets and pallets. It eliminates the need for multiple machines for many production operations, saving space and money. The powerful yet energy-efficient machine requires minimal floor space and little maintenance.

Pallet Dispenser
The Model 601 pallet dispenser has a side-clamp design that grips and lifts the entire stack to allow the bottom pallet to feed independently from the stack to the palletizing station. This design enhances palletizing efficiency since it allows the dispenser to run pallets with protruding nails or loose boards while minimizing further pallet damage and eliminating handling concerns during warehousing and shipping. The side-clamp design is a better handling method than traditional hydraulic dispensers that use a pusher ram to strip pallets from the bottom of the stack, which can cause additional damage to imperfect pallets. This compact, self-contained unit offers a solid-steel frame with barrier guarding; a heavy-gauge, chain-driven pallet-handling mechanism; and motorized lift and clamp devices, providing 1000-lb lift capacity and a maximum 15-pallet load.

Automatic Bag Palletizer
These automatic bag palletizers are engineered for the most severe operating atmospheres found in industrial facilities. Four models provide sustained stacking rates from 10 to more than 40 bags per minute. All functions are fully automated to eliminate worker injuries caused by repetitive motions and heavy loads. PLC controls with touch screen operator interface provide real-time I/O monitoring, onboard diagnostics, and immediate operator interaction, ensuring smooth and continuous production.
