Plastic-Bag-Handling Machine
By combining the P6010 Coax vacuum pump with an air-saving cruise control (PCC) feature and a durable BL-3P suction cup, the company offers a complete solution for a variety of plastic-bag-handling applications. Half-Frame Bulk Bag Unloader
The half-frame bulk bag unloader offers total dust containment at low cost by relying on a forklift or hoist to suspend the bag during operation. Robotic Bag Palletizer
With a single robotic palletizer, producers of bagged products can simultaneously palletize output of four separate, lower-speed production lines. The robot automatically adjusts itself to handle different bag styles and sizes at the same time while accommodating four lines at speeds up to four bags per minute per line. Pallet Dispenser
The Model 601 pallet dispenser has a side-clamp design that grips and lifts the entire stack to allow the bottom pallet to feed independently from the stack to the palletizing station. This design enhances palletizing efficiency since it allows the dispenser to run pallets with protruding nails or loose boards while minimizing further pallet damage and eliminating handling concerns during warehousing and shipping. The side-clamp design is a better handling method than traditional hydraulic dispensers that use a pusher ram to strip pallets from the bottom of the stack, which can cause additional damage to imperfect pallets. This compact, self-contained unit offers a solid-steel frame with barrier guarding; a heavy-gauge, chain-driven pallet-handling mechanism; and motorized lift and clamp devices, providing 1000-lb lift capacity and a maximum 15-pallet load.
