Large-Capacity Mixing System

The Jumbo Quik Mix homogeneously mixes 750 cu ft of palletized material in less than 30 minutes. It was designed to provide a homogeneous mix of large volume dry material batches with its vertical mixing screw and material dispersing paddle. The integrated system includes a Lift & Seal container discharger to transfer material from gaylord containers into the surge bin. The Lift and Seal design provides dust control and prevents foreign materials from outside of the container from being dumped with the intended product, such as pallet debris. From the surge bin the material is pneumatically conveyed into the top of the unit. After the batch mixing cycle the material is discharged into either gaylords or a pneumatic conveying pick up point.
