Screw conveyors are available in a variety of sizes with tube and U-trough body designs. Standard pitch, variable pitch, and conical pitch helix screws are offered, along with USDA/Dairy-accepted and demountable designs. Vibrating conveyors are available with open or enclosed designs in carbon steel, 304, or 316 stainless steel. These conveyors offer high capacity, gentle transport and can be operated continuously. Differential-motion conveyors use a gentle horizontal, slow-advance, quick-return motion that practically eliminates conveyor-imposed product damage. Lengths from 4 to over 200 ft are available.
