The Spiralfeeder is an enclosed tubular conveyor designed for conveying powders, granules, blends, crystals, flakes, and a wide range of other materials. Typical applications include the conveying of bulk solids into overhead surge hoppers or conveying of materials from one processing point to another—efficiently, quietly, and dust free. It is available in a range of construction materials and sizes for up to 800 cu ft/hr conveying capacity.

This weigh batching system designed for mezzanines and other low-headroom areas utilizes low-profile flexible-screw conveyors configured with motor drives at the inlet end of the conveyor, reducing height and width requirements at the discharge end. This automated system is comprised of eight low-profile conveyors fed by roof-mounted storage vessels, with each group of four conveyors feeding either of two gain-in-weight hoppers that gravity-discharge through the mezzanine floor to a ribbon blender at ground level.

The Aero-Flex flexible-screw conveyor provides an economical method of metering product from bulk bag unloaders, bag dump stations, and storage vessels. Available in a range of sizes, the conveyor typically transfers product over distances of up to 40 ft and rates to 10 tons/hr for materials having a bulk density of 40 lb/cu ft. Typical applications include the refilling of packaging machine hoppers, metering feed into mix tanks (e.g., lime addition), and gain-in-weight hopper filling.

Company offers multiple standard conveyor designs, including flat and troughed, slider, and roller bed frames. The conveyors utilize belting with smooth or patterned surfaces for horizontal and incline applications, corrugated-sidewall belts for steep-incline applications, and flat-wire and powered rollers for bag and pallet applications.

The Floveyor aeromechanical conveyor allows loading of dry solid materials simply, efficiently, quickly, and dust tight. It transfers all types of flakes, granules, powders, or mixtures with virtually no residual leftover. Preweighed amounts of material from small bags are transferred into a surge hopper. A top drive-motor assembly is mounted to the tubes of the machine. Alternatively, the drive motor can be mounted to the base assembly for shorter-length machines. Stainless- or carbon steel construction is available. The Floveyor can be positioned at any incline angle and can be customized to lengths of up to 90 ft.
