Bag Flattener Conveyor

The Model 4215 bag flattener is an in-line belt conveyor designed to present uniform shaped bags to the palletizing station. This conveyor utilizes a top and bottom conveyor to press and shape the bag. The conveyor has two independent drives, spring loaded height adjustment for multiple size bags. It also includes a safety cable E-Stop shut down on both belts. Some options available on the 4215 are powered infeed section and hydraulic controlled swivel boom section for hand palletizing. This conveyor is available in various configurations to fit your application. It is well suited to all bagging operations utilizing a robotic bag palletizer to present a uniform-shaped bag for a well cubed pallet shape and more stable loads.
