Portable Material Master Bulk Bag Discharging System for Talc

This system provides sealed discharge of talc into customer’s existing process. A Flo-Master bulk bag massaging system promotes material flow, while a Flo-Lock gate halts material flow for partial bag discharge. The unit includes a loss-in-weight scale system with a digital weight indicator. An exclusive Seal-Master bag spout access chamber with "gull wing" doors and a Sure-Seal discharge spout sealing system ensure dust-tight material discharge. Discharge transition includes a vacuum take off adaptor with an air-actuated ball valve and inlet air filter to allow easy connection to a pneumatic conveying system. All systems are custom designed to specific application requirements.
