Orbital Stretch-Wrapping Machines Secure Loads

TAB Industries LLC introduces the TAB Wrapper Tornado line of orbital stretch-wrapping packaging machines that secures a palletized load to its pallet as a single unit for improved protection, safety, stability, and confidence in handling and transportation.

The Wrapper Tornado line features a proprietary, patent-pending design that wraps the plastic film around a horizontal axis, allowing the pallet load to be wrapped around and attached to the pallet while raised on a forklift or continuously fed on a conveyor. The line eliminates the need for banding, strapping, and overpackaging, and speeds the packaging process while freeing workers for other tasks.

Ideal for securing bagged powders, metal and plastic components and extrusions, filled drums and containers, stone pavers, cartons, and other products that need to remain intact through delivery, the Wrapper Tornado line secures standard, oversized, and irregularly-shaped loads to the pallet in one minute or less, whether loose, packaged, or in combination.

The line includes three standard models and may be custom designed and manufactured to meet virtually any size requirements. Remote operation and other options may be added. Units ship fully assembled, ready to plug in and operate, and comes with a full warranty.
