Xoptix sizers automatically sample your process stream to deliver fast, reliable particle size analyses. 

Proprietary software enables Xoptix to present data in a form that emulates existing laboratory analysis methods such as laser diffraction, X-ray sedimentation, Blaine, or even sieve analysis. Xoptix PSD data is reported in real time, as often as once per second, so Xoptix results can be used to automatically adjust process parameters and thereby keep particle sizes within specification. 

Xoptix analyzers have proven reliable in a wide range of applications, wet or dry, on particle sizes from 0.5 microns to 1mm. Sampling can be made from gravity, pneumatic, or liquid flows, and Xoptix sizers are available in industrial-, food-, or pharmaceutical-grade construction. 

Free lab tests are offered, and in-plant trial units are also available.
