Intersystems Names Beyer VP of Operations

Bulk material handling products and industrial sampling systems manufacturer, Intersystems, has named Barry Beyer as vice president of operations.
Beyer brings a long history of successfully building and training highly productive teams, improving processes, reducing costs, minimizing downtime, and overseeing/improving production operations for several multi-million dollar manufacturers.
"His commitment to quality, safety, efficiency, and the customer are what excite me about him joining Intersystems," said David Gau, Intersystems chief executive officer.
Beyer is a Purdue graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology. He is classically trained in the Lean Manufacturing methodology, and has a proven record in best of class companies.
Intersystems reaches a worldwide market and numerous industries with expertise in the engineer and manufacture of bulk material handling products and industrial sampling systems. Intersystems equipment can be found at grain elevators, in processing plants, and at port facilities handling a wide variety of commodities including grains, powders, rock, and wood chips.
