Digital Moisture Balance Uses Loss-on-Drying Method

The CSC digital moisture balance provides direct readings of moisture content using the loss-on-drying method (LOD). Users can run a test in three easy steps – tare, load sample, run. The digital moisture balance can be used for the full range of LOD measurements and offers an accuracy of +/- 0.2% with a five gram sample (larger samples will result in increased accuracy). Test samples can be as large as 100 grams. The unit may be connected to a computer to automatically print results.
