Automatic Point Sampler 9095

The Sentry PR automatic point sampler captures representative samples of free-flowing granules, powders, flakes, or pellets within positive or negative pressure systems.

For one customer, the PR sampler automated sampling of polypropylene pellets, customized for a 4- and 5-in. pneumatic conveying lines’ respective concentric and spool mounts with raised face flanges, and for an 8-in. pneumatic convey line’s welded-on mount with bag adapter. An automatic sampler controller with Modbus output controlled sampling frequency and volumes.

For another customer, the same sampler was customized to obtain polyethylene pellet samples from an 8-in. pneumatic conveying line. The design included an additional air purge air set, weld-on flanges, and explosion-proof solenoids.
