The heavy-duty construction consists of: cast body and end plate; .1-in-thick ceramic bore; tungsten carbide throat protection; heavy-duty fabricated 8-vane rotor; tungsten carbide rotor vane and shroud tips, 0.1-in.-thick; air purge seal connections; air gap between seals and bearings; outboard sealed ball bearings. The feeder can be used for abrasive applications including ores, sand, feldspar, alumina, kaolin clay, raw limestone, and more.
