Bridgewell Resources Elects Food and Agriculture Industry Leader Arnold Donald to Board Committee

Bridgewell Resources LLC, a portfolio company of Atlas Holdings LLC, has elected food and agricultural products industry veteran Arnold Donald to the compensation committee of its board of managers.

"Arnold has a track record of building successful food and agricultural product brands and brings a depth of experience and expertise to the committee,” said Atlas Holdings chairman Andrew Bursky. “His election to the compensation committee is a continuation of his involvement with Bridgewell Resources and Atlas Holdings, and is an exciting development for the Bridgewell organization.”

Having spent more than 30 years working in the agriculture, biochemical, chemical and service industries, Donald’s most recent appointment was president of Monsanto Co.’s agricultural products sector. He currently serves on the board of directors of Carnival Corp., Crown Holdings, The Laclede Group, and Oil-Dri Corp. of America. Donald recently retired from the role of president and CEO of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and was recently appointed president and CEO of the Executive Leadership Council.
