u366e_113939.jpgLoop-Powered Particulate Transmitter
This loop-powered particulate transmitter and filter leak/emissions detector for baghouses, cartridge dust collectors, and cyclones provides simple 2-wire installation and single-piece mounting. Heavy process-duty construction, advanced induction sensing, and a protected probe provide reliability even in harsh applications such as fly ash from coal, carbon black, chemical processing, smelters, foundries, cement kilns, and spray dryers. General benefits include EPA compliance, detecting emissions before they are visible, eliminating cleanup costs, preventing the escape of valuable powders, and protecting downstream equipment such as blowers and HEPA filters. Desiccant Scoops
DryKeep desiccant scoops extend the protection of powders and assure that moisture-sensitive products will remain in the same environment throughout their useful lives. The moisture-absorbing scoops control humidity inside powder containers, extend product life, and stay with the product because the scoop is essential to delivery and dosing. Over 150 sizes and configurations are available so consumer powders and chemicals can be properly dosed and protected. DryKeep absorbs three times more moisture than other desiccants and its long controlled absorption assures the last dose will be the same as the first. They are made with DryKeep and pharmaceutical grade PP. DryKeep is FDA GRAS and Code of Federal Regulations Title 21 compliant. They meet pharmaceutical purity standards for the U.S., Europe, and Japan. TricorBraun, St. Louis, MO 800-325-7782

u3682_115429.jpgTrack and Trace Labeler
This integrated track and trace system prints a serialized EPC code on each bottle while labels are printed with another EPC barcode. These codes are captured and automatically uploaded into a Video Jet (ePedigree) database for full tracking of each unit. The Versaline features Allen Bradley controls, Emerson servo motors, Cognex vision, and Videojet printing and ePedigree technologies. It is ideal for front/back, wraparound, and custom applications. Lab Model Attritor
The 05-SDM hybrid mill combines the features of a standard wet grinding, laboratory attritor batch mill with the added benefits of being able to handle small media milling. The typical attritor benefits include simple operation, energy efficiency, rugged construction, no expensive shaft seals to maintain, and the ability to inspect and add material at any time during the grinding cycle. By adding a specially designed shaft and proprietary Delta Discs, the mill is able to use mini media from 0.25 to 3mm and operate at the high shaft speeds (from 300 to 3000 RPM) required to energize small media. Cone-Bottom  Silo Reclaim Systems
The 9300 Series cone-bottom silo reclaim systems provide a solution to bridging and hang-up problems. They are ideal for extreme-duty applications in materials with poor flow characteristics or where safety regulations require full maintenance from outside the silo. This cone bottom silo reclaimer is engineered for 24/7 operation. The rugged sweep auger rotates 360º around the bin, helping to create mass flow, and providing delivery that approximates first-in-first-out (FIFO) inventory control. The unit can be customized to handle a wide variety of materials, including grain meals, powders, chemicals, wood chips, saw dust, and re-cycled materials. It is available in diameters up to 45 ft, and is provided in steel tanks, concrete silos, or corrugated bins, with cone bottoms ranging from 30 to 60º. Laidig Systems, Mishwaka, IN 574-256-0204

u2424_113952.jpgReverse-Air Dust Collector
The Big Round Filter (BRF) combines ease of operation and service with reliability and a three-year warranty. The reverse-air dust collector uses an effective design that minimizes the number of moving parts, reducing wear. The unit has a self-contained cleaning system that requires no plant compressed air and uses a reliable, easy-to-maintain rotating arm. The BRF is used for a variety of applications: grain processing, saw dust, rock and mineral processing, food processing, woodworking, paper processing, dry chemical processing, recycling, biofuels, and more.
