Industrial Vacuum Kit
The industrial vacuum hose and kit puts stray dust where it belongs. The kit includes a 2½-in. industrial vacuum hose (25 ft long), two cuffs, and a five-piece nozzle kit including a crevice tool, a 14-in.-wide floor nozzle, a dust brush, a bench nozzle, and a wand. The kit attaches directly to your existing ductwork with a saddle tap tee. (Gate and saddle tap tee are not included.) The user simply installs the saddle, adds a 3-in. blast gate, and connects the hose with one of the cuffs.

Air-Operated Industrial Vacuum Cleaner
The Model 860 air-operated industrial vacuum cleaner has the power and filtration to clean up fine powders and dispose of them in a safe, dust-free, and convenient manner. The 860 model includes a unique, continuous poly-bagging system for the collected powders, so users do not have to dump round drums into square boxes, lift steel drums, or wait for a maintenance crew to empty filled drums. The well-balanced 26-in.-wide frame with easy rolling wheels allows operators to reach all areas. The unit’s pulse-filter cleaning system results in long vacuuming times and does not clog filters. An adjustable Venturi power unit generates three times more vacuum than traditional shop-type vacs. The Venturi model has no moving parts, will not burn out, and does not require users to wear hearing protection.

Industrial Vacuums
These vacuums are manufactured in portable, stationary, and trailer designs. Horsepower ratings vary from 3 to 250 hp. The standard vacuum pump drive is an electric motor, with LP gas, diesel, or gasoline engines available as options. All models feature a “no tools required” bag-and-cage-removal system that permits one person to access these components in 5 minutes for inspection and permits removal and placement of bags and cages in 30 minutes. The bag or cartridge-filter cleaning system is a state-of-the-art “on demand” system that pulses only if the differential rises to the cleaning range. The pulsing can be varied to contend with very fine dust. Optional features include explosive-atmosphere construction, HEPA filters, special paint, and rotary or double-flap valves. The company also rents, leases, rebuilds, repairs, and takes trade-ins on all competitive models.

Backpack Vacuum
Designed with comfort and ease of use in mind, the GD10 back vacuum is powerful for its small size and equipped with a variety of features for fast, effective cleaning in many industries. Features include a lightweight, ergonomic design that reduces fatigue; low noise level for operator comfort and cleaning in noise-sensitive areas; and an upstream HEPA filter that allows for safe collection of hazardous materials, trapping 99.99% of particles down to and including 0.3 µm. The vacuum is also equipped with a sack-style main filter that prolongs the life of both the HEPA filter and the motor. Exhaust air is directed upward so that it does not interfere with the operator.
