Tri-Flow Filters with PTFE Membranes

Tri-Mer Corp. has introduced Tri-Flow filters with a PTFE membrane for the collection of particulate 0.3 microns and above. This filtration technology delivers HEPA level performance with a MERV 16 rating. PTFE filters are self-supporting; media is pleated and continuously bonded for maximum dimensional stability and filter integrity. Filters have 2-3 times more active filtration area compared to similarly dimensioned filters. An even greater increase in filtration area vs. volume is achieved in comparisons with traditional bag and cartridge filters. In addition to PTFE membrane filters, these filters are manufactured for hydrophobic/oleophobic, high-temperature, fine dusts, and anti-static applications.
