Scheuch Group Acquires Schust Engineering

The Scheuch Group announces the acquisition of Schust Engineering Inc., headquartered in Auburn, IN. A technology leader in the air pollution control industry in Europe, Scheuch continues to build upon its presence in the North American market by adding Schust Engineering to its previously acquired business of CAMCORP Inc., located in Lenexa, KS as well as its already established Scheuch US business.

The new acquisition gives Scheuch total capability to provide solutions to any industrial air pollution control requirement, be it stand-alone dust collection equipment, design and install turnkey projects, or complex, engineered technologies.

Founded over 90 years ago as a sheet metal fabrication firm, Schust Engineering has evolved into a full-service air pollution control services supplier. Capabilities and expertise include complete engineering design, fabrication, and turnkey installation for the air pollution control and industrial ventilation markets throughout North America. Schust Engineering offices are located in Auburn, Ft. Wayne, and Indianapolis, IN, Pittsburgh, and Monterrey, MX.

CAMCORP, purchased by Scheuch in January of 2016, is a leading provider of dust collection equipment and pneumatic conveying systems. In addition to its corporate offices in Lenexa, equipment fabrication is located at the company-owned, 65,000-sq-ft plant in Willow Springs, MO. CAMCORP markets its products through a network of independent manufacturer's representatives and established OEM customers.

With these two acquisitions, Scheuch now has nine corporate facilities across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico, with more than 150 employees supporting sales, engineering, project management, production, service, and installation. Scheuch now employs over 1200 people worldwide.
