Automated Moisture Analyzer
The Smart system provides automated moisture and solids analysis in minutes. The temperature feedback system controls the microwave energy to maintain a user-defined temperature setpoint for verifiable temperature control and repeatable conditions for every test. Incoming line voltage is also monitored and fluctuations normalized, providing consistent results unit-to-unit and site-to-site. The system can analyze a variety of samples, including solids, powders, or slurries (0.1 to 99.9 percent moisture). The user-friendly software provides preprogrammed methods and help screens to guide the operator through a test. The system is ideal for process and quality control and for testing raw materials and intermediate and finished products.

On-Line Moisture Gauge
The CM710 on-line moisture gauge provides reliable performance in the harsh operating environments found in the minerals, ceramics, ore-processing, chemical, sintering, and similar processes. Mounted above the product on the conveyor and able to measure over fluctuating product heights and even discontinuous product flows using the optional high-speed gating system, the patented noncontacting NIR reflectance (backscatter) optics are designed for accuracy and long-term stability without ever needing to be recalibrated.

Continuous On-Line Moisture Sensor
The FT-1 on-line moisture sensor is designed for continuously monitoring the moisture content and temperature of freely flowing particulate materials. It is mounted to intercept the particulate flow where approximately 200 lb/min of the particulate stream flows through the sensor cell, with the balance simply overflowing and bypassing the cell. This generates a continuous proportional sample without any moving parts. Available sensor outputs include 0–5 V dc, 4–20 mA, and RS-485. Sensors capable of flow rates less than 50 lb/min are also available.

On-Line Noncontact Moisture Analyzer
The Model 3000 online noncontact moisture analyzer is a smart sensor that processes several thousand bits of data per second to provide the user with the most accurate measurement available. It can analyze for moisture, thickness, and composition of powders and bulk solids with great accuracy. The sensor provides multiple outputs for measurement and control. Several sensors can be used and multiple production lines can be monitored for maximum efficiency.
