Responding to the growing popularity of interactive tools among Internet users, the company has made the following additions to the site:  
Video Center: A comprehensive video library covers a wide range of dust collection topics including equipment and applications, company capabilities, and even "fun" videos for entertainment. The video center menu is accessible from every page, and viewers will find topic-specific videos linked directly to appropriate areas of the site.

Video center menu page Live Chat: The newly launched live chat area provides nearly round-the-clock support from company chat operators stationed in North America, Europe, and Asia. The viewer can click on a large button on the home page or a text link on any other page of the site to start a live chat (instant text messaging) session on product, sales, or technical topics.
