Syntron Material Handling LLC has promoted Rob Drew to general manager, effective November 1, 2021.

For the past five years, Drew has served as the vice president and, more recently, as senior vice president of operations of Syntron Material Handling. 

Drew has held numerous roles with world-class companies such as Terex and Utility One Source. His duties have encompassed plant operations, continuous improvement, lean, manufacturing engineering, and general management.

Drew earned a mechanical engineering technology degree from Red River College, a graduate degree in management and master’s degree from Athabasca University.

Located in Saltillo, MS, Syntron Material Handling provides material handling solutions for conveying, feeding, elevating, vibratory flow aids, and mining controls of bulk product. Syntron Material Handling is part of the Kadant Inc. group of companies.
