PTX South America Set for August 15072

The second edition of PTX South America will be held August 6-8, 2013, at the Green Pavilion - Expo Center Norte in São Paulo.

The event will feature more than 50 exhibitors, occupying about 3500 square meters, and host more than 15,000 visitors from Brazil and abroad. It will take place with FISA and CPhI South America, which together will feature about 500 exhibitors.

After the world fairs in Germany, the U.S., and China, PTX South America is settled in Latin America and becomes the international meeting place for the powder technology segment. Market-leading companies like Dynamic Air, Gea, Wam, Nederman, Harver & Boecker Solberg, Görgens, Hosokawa, BS&B, Velki, and others, have already confirmed their participation at the event.

Aimed at professionals in the areas of engineering, research and development, projects, logistics, and quality control, PTX South America will feature a diversified audience from the following industries: food, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, agricultural, chemical, metal, plastic, cement, paints, and m.

The event also counts on the partnership of influential associations such as ABNT, ABEQ, ABIAM, ABIFINA, ABIVIDRO and FEDERASUR, which strengthens the importance of the event and the development of industries such as construction, cargo shipping, logistics and international trade, agricultural production, medical equipments project and manufacture, embedded systems, shipbuilding and offshore, pharmaceutical ingredients, food ingredients, and nutraceutical products and ingredients.

PTX South America will be co-produced by UBM Canon, organizer of the International Powder and Bulk Solids Conference and Exhibition, which has been held in Rosemont, IL for more than 35 years, as well as PTX Canada, PTX Montreal, and PTX Texas.
