Wafer/Butterfly Valves

Specially designed to handle dry materials, the wafer valve features a 316 stainless steel disk that seals against molded food-grade liner. Bulk materials only contact the liner and disk, with the low-profile disk able to rotate 90 degrees for maximum free-flow area. The liner also serves as a gasket on both flange faces. The valve includes a double-acting pneumatic actuator or manual operating handle with a spring-locked positioner. The unit is available in 6-, 8-, 10-, or 12-in. inside diameter. The valve is also furnished in tandem, separated by a spool piece for operation as an airlock.
