Unlike traditional rotary airlocks, the double flap valve with EZ seal technology provides a positive airlock seal, virtually eliminates excessive leakage and the cost of expensive maintenance. The EZ Seal’s patent-pending design consists of a bolt on plate with a proprietary bonded rubber attached. When the valve flapper contacts the rubber, it compresses the rubber, ensuring an airtight seal is formed. EZ Seal eliminates air leakage and extends the life of the valve’s wear components.
