Based on market demands, Pelletron developed a new diverter valve with a 30-degree diversion angle with a smooth pass-through design. The valve is designed for pellet and granular applications and is ideal to retrofit existing pneumatic conveying lines or for integration into new pneumatic conveying systems. The standard valve is designed in aluminum housing with a stainless steel plug. The valve is available in sizes from 4 to 12 in. and designed for pressure up to 60 psi for operating temperatures up to 175°F, with options up to 350°F. Features include: seal rings at each port; a smooth pass-through design; a heavy-duty body design for pressure surges up to 90 psi; manual or pneumatic operation; a heavy-duty pneumatic actuator with integrated mechanical stops; interior polished grades available.
